- Voluntary Connection & Trust Building: A mutual and voluntary connection is established before proceeding further. This allows us to build comfort, trust, and clarity about the session experience. In addition, I provide simple educational guidance to help prepare your body for the best possible outcome. This may include basic breathing techniques for relaxation, body movements, and advice types of food intake before the session.
